How to register

Choose a course

Choose your level and language — German A2/B1, German B2/C1 or English Free Discussion.

Book your session(s)

Book a single session or choose the more affordable 4-session package. Please register early — places in each group are limited.

Your place is confirmed

We will personally confirm your place via WhatsApp or email and remind you before the session.

Registration deadline: For both German courses, registration closes on Monday at 4:00 p.m. of the same week. For English Free Discussion, registration closes on the Sunday before the course date.

Everything you need to know about registration, payment and participation in the BBL Plus conversation courses.

01 How can I register for a course?

Registration takes place online using our registration form. Select your preferred course and enter your contact details. You will then receive a confirmation from us with all further information.

02 Can I book just one session?

Yes. All conversation courses can be booked individually. For regular participation, the 4-session package is cheaper than booking four individual sessions.

03 Do I have to attend four consecutive sessions?

Nein. Sie können die Termine Ihres 4er-Pakets flexibel innerhalb der angegebenen Gültigkeitsdauer nutzen. Für jeden Termin ist jedoch eine rechtzeitige Anmeldung erforderlich.

04 When is the registration deadline for a session?

For the German conversation courses, registration is possible until Monday at 4:00 p.m. of the same week. For the English conversation course, you can register until the Sunday before the respective session.

05 What happens if I cannot attend a booked session?

Please inform us as early as possible. Free rescheduling is only possible within the stated cancellation period. In the event of a late cancellation or non-attendance, the session will be considered used.

06 How large are the groups?

The courses take place in small groups. This gives all participants enough time to speak and actively take part in discussions and exercises.

07 Do I need a specific language level?

Yes. For the German conversation courses, you can choose between A2/B1 and B2/C1. For the English Free Discussion course, you should already be able to understand and participate in simple conversations in English.

08 Where do the courses take place?

The courses take place at BBL Sprachschule gGmbH in Essen. You will receive the exact room details after registration together with your confirmation of participation.
