If BBL\u2019s services are exempt from VAT under \u00a7 4 No. 21 UStG, no VAT is included; otherwise, prices are gross prices including VAT.  <\/p>\r\n    <p><strong>Due date:<\/strong> Upon submission of the registration, the full course fee becomes immediately payable.<\/p>\r\n  <\/section>\r\n\r\n  <section id=\"s21\">\r\n    <h3>\u00a7 2.1 Payments for Participants in Germany<\/h3>\r\n    <p>Installment payment is permitted exclusively for participants who have already completed at least one full course at BBL.<\/p>\r\n    <ul>\r\n      <li><strong>a) <\/strong>Anzahlung: 300 \u20ac (B2\/C1) bzw. 279 \u20ac (A1\u2013B1) bei Anmeldung.<\/li>\r\n      <li><strong>b)<\/strong> Restbetrag: 379 \u20ac bzw. 400 \u20ac, sp\u00e4testens eine Woche vor Kursbeginn.<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n    <p>All other participants must pay the full course fee upon registration.<\/p>\r\n    <p>If the remaining amount is not paid on time, BBL is entitled to block access to the course until full payment is made or to cancel the registration; the down payment is non-refundable. Further claims for damages remain unaffected. <\/p>\r\n  <\/section>\r\n\r\n  <section id=\"s22\">\r\n    <h3>\u00a7 2.2 Payments for Participants outside the EU<\/h3>\r\n    <ul>\r\n      <li>Special conditions apply.<br\/><\/li>\r\n      <li>A processing fee of \u20ac150.00 will be charged for issuing necessary documents (e.g. invitations\/confirmations).<br\/><\/li>\r\n      <li>The course fee must generally be paid in full in advance.<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n  <\/section>\r\n\r\n  <section id=\"s23\">\r\n    <h3>\u00a7 2.3 General Notes<br\/><\/h3>\r\n    <ul>\r\n      <li>All foreign-related bank charges (third-party fees) are borne by the participant. No additional fees are charged for SEPA payments (transfer\/direct debit) (\u00a7 270a BGB).<br\/> <\/li>\r\n      <li>Classes not attended or not used will neither be refunded nor rescheduled.<br\/><\/li>\r\n      <li>The registration confirmation will only be issued after full payment of the entire course fee has been received. The participation certificate will only be issued after the start of the course and likewise only after full payment. <\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n  <\/section>\r\n\r\n  <section id=\"s24\">\r\n    <h3>\u00a7 2.4 Payment Delay<br\/><\/h3>\r\n    <ul>\r\n      <li>\u201cIf the participant is in default after the due date and a reminder, or at the latest 30 days after receipt of the invoice, BBL may claim default interest at the statutory rate (base interest rate + 5 percentage points, \u2026).\u201d <span class=\"legal-ref\">\u00a7 288 Abs. 1 i. V. m. \u00a7 286 BGB <\/span>) as well as claim further damages due to default.<\/li>\r\n      <li>The assertion of further rights (blocking access\/termination) remains unaffected.<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n  <\/section>\r\n\r\n  <section id=\"s3\">\r\n    <h2>\u00a7 3 Conclusion of Contract, Start of Services, and Reservation of Place (non-transferable)<br\/><\/h2>\r\n    <p><strong>Conclusion of contract: <\/strong>The contract is concluded when BBL issues the registration confirmation (acceptance of the registration). Delivery is deemed to have taken place once it has been sent to the address provided by the participant (by post or electronically). The registration confirmation is issued in accordance with \u00a7 2.3 No. 3 only after full payment.  <\/p>\r\n    <p>BBL begins fulfilment of the contract by <strong>making a binding seat reservation<\/strong> (limited capacity) and by providing administrative preparatory services. The course place is personal and non-transferable. <\/p>\r\n  <\/section>\r\n\r\n  <section id=\"s4\">\r\n    <h2>\u00a7 4 Online Instruction<\/h2>\r\n    <ul>\r\n      <li>Online instruction will be conducted if face-to-face instruction is not possible due to official regulations, pandemics, or illness.<br\/><\/li>\r\n      <li>Personal data will be processed to the extent necessary for the conduct of instruction; recipients may include in particular the appointed course instructors\/service providers (see \u00a7 12).<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n  <\/section>\r\n\r\n  <section id=\"s5\">\r\n    <h2>\u00a7 5 Withdrawal before the start of the course<br\/><\/h2>\r\n    <ul>\r\n      <li>Withdrawal must be made in text form (\u00a7 126b BGB; e.g., by e-mail).<br\/><\/li>\r\n      <li>Up to 14 days before the start of the course: An administrative fee of \u20ac150.00 will be retained and the remaining amount will be refunded, provided that the participant has not received any confirmation documents from the institution.<\/li>\r\n      <li>Once the registration confirmation has been issued, a refund is excluded, as the institution\u2019s documents have already been used for residence-related purposes.<\/li>\r\n      <li>Exception (participants outside the EU): \u00a7 5.1 remains unaffected.<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n  <\/section>\r\n\r\n  <section id=\"s51\">\r\n    <h3>\u00a7 5.1 Special regulation for participants outside the EU<\/h3>\r\n    <ul>\r\n      <li>In the event of a visa refusal, the full course fee minus \u20ac150.00 will be refunded, provided that an official rejection certificate from the German embassy\/consulate is submitted within 30 days of receipt.<br\/><\/li>\r\n      <li>Without submission of such a certificate, or in the case of withdrawal for other reasons, no refund will be granted.<br\/><\/li>\r\n      <li><strong>Identity of the refund recipient: <\/strong>Refunds are generally made to the person in whose name the confirmation was issued; payment to a representative is only possible with appropriate proof of authorization. Assignment of claims remains generally permissible under \u00a7 398 BGB but requires BBL\u2019s prior written consent. <\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n  <\/section>\r\n\r\n  <section id=\"s6\">\r\n    <h2>\u00a7 6 Withdrawal after the start of the course \/ Termination<\/h2>\r\n    <ul>\r\n      <li>After the course has started, a refund of the course fee is generally excluded.<\/li>\r\n      <li>Services already provided must always be paid in full and are excluded from any refund.<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n  <\/section>\r\n\r\n  <section id=\"s7\">\r\n    <h2>\u00a7 7 Arrival and Enrollment<\/h2>\r\n    <ul>\r\n      <li>The course start date is the day of official enrollment.<br\/><\/li>\r\n      <li>Delays must be reported to BBL without delay.<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n  <\/section>\r\n\r\n  <footer class=\"bbl-footer\">\r\n    <p class=\"note\">\r\n Note: This web version is provided for better readability.
